There are others:

xx-bork -- Bork, bork, bork!
xx-elmer -- Elmer Fudd
xx-klingon -- Klingon (could have used tlh)
xx-piglatin -- Pig Latin

as well as some questionable decisions:

* tl for Filipino (tl = Tagalog; fil = Filipino; admittedly a border 
case)

* zh-CN for Chinese (Simplified) and zh-TW Chinese (Traditional), 
instead of script subtags

* sh for Serbo-Croatian as well as the newer and preferred sr for 
Serbian, hr for Croatian, and bs for Bosnian

* iw for Hebrew and jw for Javanese -- possibly influenced by that awful 
page on the Unicode site that encourages the use of language codes 
withdrawn 19 years ago
