What I read or don't read has of course little or
nothing to do with the review decision, and you
folks are free to use HTML as you see fit.

I'm currently using a very dangerous MUA where
permitting HTML would be near to suicidal.  It's
nothing personal, "get a better MUA" is on my 
list, but not in the top ten.
