REP:Proposal for a subtag registration (fr-2004-ORTOGRAF or fr-ortograf ?)

I don't care of the name Ortograf or another. If somebody has a name everybody agree on, I take it.

If I don't waste my time and make nobody waste his time, I am ready to re-submit a new registration form.
