Harald (for whom my comment was meant) isn't.

In any case, as you say below, your own dialect is far from being  
standard English!

I'd have thought achieving internal consistency (within the same page  
on his website) might count for something with Harald. For that  
matter "would" would also be good. However, since a rough page of how- 
to instructions doesn't have to conform to any particular standard of  
English, I'm happy to rest the point.
