ISO 639-2 contains two kinds of code elements: ones like "nds" that
represent particular languages (Low Saxon in this case), and ones
like "afa" that represent collections of languages (Afro-Asiatic
languages in this case).  The "mis" collection represents the
collection of all languages (about 130) that don't fit into any
other collection.  Adding this comment will clarify that.
