There really isn't any separate -Latn variant of the Belarusian
language (grammar rules etc.), there's an uncodified as of yet Latin
graphical system.

However, what currently informally exists, employs certain additional
orthographical convention of Polish origin (the "L+vowel"
combinations).

I don't know whether this makes it valid separate language.
