Yep, your link was to the "Lacinka" page, which in turn

The history of the direction of these transliterations
first from Cyrillic to Latin, later back to Cyrillic,
is fascinating.  I wouldn't try to change the "tarask"
if it's a "Lacinka" spelling with s instead of scaron.
