It's well over twice the current number of code elements assigned in 
639-3.  Unless the scope of 639-3 changes dramatically, there will be 
plenty of codes.  What will be in short supply will be *mnemonic* codes. 
"wxq" will still be available, but fans of mnemonic codes won't like it.
