This variant subtag can be used to distinguish dialects, in cases where
those dialects are commonly referred to as a "Western" form. For example,
Armenian has dialects commonly referred to as Eastern and Western.
Additional prefixes can be added in the future where the term "Western" can
also be meaningfully used to distinguish among dialects of those prefixes.
