SV: New ISO 639 language identifier - Karelian

A list of ISO 639 identifiers, as well as a list of all changes, are available on the ISO 639 RA-JAC web site at http://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/iso639jac.html. Users should be advised to go to that site as a source, rather than copying information to sites that are not maintained by the ISO 639 RA-JAC.

I am trying to keep up with this sudden barrage of new ISO 639-2 code
elements.  I will post a Web page summarizing them before long.

It is unfortunate that all of these new identifiers are being approved
at exactly the wrong time: too late to include them in the
initial-registry document for RFC 3066bis, too early to consider them on
this list for addition to the registry because the RFC isn't published
yet.
