ISO 639-2 request for Resian

[han.steenwijk at unipd.it]

Forgive me my impatience, but after filing a request in October 2003 for Resian
and some follow-up information in July 2005 for that request, I would like to
know how things are progressing. After Northern, Eastern and Western Frisian and
Karelian you can't be that far away from the Alps.
