Mr. Morfin, once again you are making empty accusations. I dealt with my
requests for tags with TJ and CN and also with Karen's request based on
what is currently normative under RFC 3066. I have not by-pass any rules
on either occasion. 

If I embarrassed Karen (which I doubt), then I most sincerely apologize.
Having worked with her before this I believe the working relationship is
still intact.

You can do no more at present than what I and others have suggested. And
that is what the current discussion is about. For some reason, you seem
to think your inability is laudable while my same inability is
short-sighted and attempting to by-pass rules.
