I am sorry to ask again, I try but I have real difficulty in undestanding
the simplest thing. I am to present this list during a meeting at the
Ministry of Research on Monday. I will explain them first that "the IANA is
a clearing house for protocol parameters". And then?

May be what would be useful would be you to provide some information a
computer could read and use for something ? Otherwise why do you register
it in a clearinghouse for protocol parameters? If they ask "could it not be
just a printed list?". I do not know what to anwser.

Thank you.
