Registry updated

I've updated the proposed IANA Language Subtag Registry to include the
following changes:

1. New ISO 639 alpha-3 codes "fil", "mwl", and "scn" have been added as
language subtags.

2. "1901" and "1996" have been added as variants, and grandfathered
German tags that use them have been reclassified as "redundant."

3.. Minor reformatting of the header (items allowed to be > 80
characters) and in-line comments (double spaces collapsed to single).

This is available at http://users.adelphia.net/~dewell/lstreg.txt.

There is also an HTML version at
http://users.adelphia.net/~dewell/lstreg.html which incorporates some
very minor formatting for easier reading (bold and italic to set off
comments, and reverse indenting to make long lines more palatable).

So far there have been few to no comments regarding the proposed
registry itself. Assuming that the draft is approved in more or less
its current form, does anyone have any comments about the registry? The
draft calls for "a Last Call period of not less than four weeks for
comments and corrections [related to the registry] to be discussed on
the ietf-languages at iana.org mail list." It would be nice if any serious
objections could be raised as soon as possible, so the Last Call period
could be used for minor corrections or improvements.
