Well, that burdens receivers of codes in favor of a small minority of
senders of codes, which is generally a Bad Thing:  receivers want to
be able to only deal with en-us rather than having to treat en-usa as
an alias for it.  In addition, alpha-3 country codes have never been
used in language codes.

Monday we watch-a Firefly's house, but he no come out.  He wasn't home.
