So, I'm curious to know what suddenly changed after 20 1/2 months? (The
last time this was discussed on this list was 2003-6-16, indirectly
after en-GB-oxford was approved. The last time it was discussed directly
was 2002-9-16; the request from Sun was submitted 2002-5-15.)
