When I print the spec the BNF is clipped on the right.
I don't see the: ["-" privateuse]

and the word "special" further down gets clipped at "spec".

As it's a rather standard laser printer, the authors might want to wrap the
text in an earlier column.




The link for the 2234 doesn't work for me or is very very slow. I think it is
outdated.
