Proposed Successor to RFC 3066 (language tags)

Thank you Michael.  I will contact you in the New Year as soon as my visits
to Dublin are scheduled... and will happily bring a copy of the 2000
Linguasphere Register (it weighs approx 4/5 kilos - hence the price which
has just about covered the printing costs) it is due to be re-printed in
2004/5) I will also bring with me (or send in advance) a copy of the updated
information with regard to the Celtic/Gaelic languages as many changes have
been made since 2000.

you would like to give me one for review.
