I'm not a lawyer either, but I do know the law on that.
It is perfectly legal to have a list dedicated to a particular topic (indeed
it is protected speech). Even if there were no question concerning
jurisdiction (i.e. if all parties involved were within the EU) it would in
no way breech the ECHR.
Appeal to freedom of speech laws seems to be a new form of Godwin's law.
