I learned Mexican Spanish and delight in speaking it here in Europe.
Having said that, there are so many variations in "New World
Spanish", particularly in pronominal choice (tu, vos, and usted for
instance), that I cannot imagine what this tag is supposed to
represent. My University of Chicago Spanish dictionary describes
regional features:

Mexico
Guatemala
El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua
Costa Rica
Panama
Colombia
Ecuador
Peru
Bolivia
Chile
Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay
Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico

Some of these distinctions are lexical and grammatical, others
differences in pronunciation.
