ISO 639 identifiers for Limburgish

Surely they would be, or you wouldn't have assigned a code.

This posting is very near content-free, and certainly doesn't explain
the Committee's reasoning in any way: it simply assures me (what was
not in doubt) that they had some reasoning or other.
