ICANN task force on Arabic script IDNs

I see that there's an ICANN group busily working away on IDN rules for
Arabic script top level and second level domain names.  They'll be
meeting in person at the Singapore ICANN next month:

I can't tell who's on the task force, so is there any overlap between
that group and this one?  I would think there would be some shared
issues and concerns.
