Comments on UTS#46.

I'd like to remind people that the comment period for the proposed update of
UTS#46 is closing very soon. The main change to the document is the addition
of data fields to help in supporting IDNA2008 implementations, so feedback
from this group on either the text or the data would be appreciated. For
