Status of IDNABIS version 6 uploaded

I have uploaded the sixth version of IDNABIS Status into the meeting  
materials system.

I won't be able to do any more editing today so further discussion  
will have to go on during the meetings late tomorrow afternoon. Many  
thanks to those to provided comments.
