Eszett and IDNAv2 vs IDNA2008

We were in the same situation with MSIE6, which provided no support
for IDNA2003. At least two second-source plug-ins soon came into wide
use as work arounds. I have no idea if IE7 is equally amenable to this
sort of thing, but would expect to see similar shims available in
usefully short order if native support for IDNA2008 is not to be had.
