Actually, now that I look again at the ASCII version and the PNG I
sent, I realise that all that's needed for the ASCII version is
another box around the "NONRESERVED LDH LABELS NR-LDH LABELS" category
on the right hand side of the upper part of the diagram.  The existing
box inside LDH-LABEL is equivalent to everything from the white circle
(and what it contains) in the picture I sent.  Sorry, I should have
caught this sooner.
