IDNA Comparisons

I found the bug with U+10000 and fixed it. So it now agrees with Patrik's
values (except for TATWEEL, which his table doesn't have yet). We don't know
if it agrees with the mapping document since we don't have an independent
generation.

I also added more information for comparison. In particular, I flag the
cases where there are differences with a new column, and color code them. So
people can copy this into a spreadsheet, and sort by (say) script and that
column to focus on particular issues.
