Yes, and that is exactly what I think about, all the time. But I would
use the word "add" instead of "change".

There are people, apparently, who do not appreciate our focus on the
charter. Let's do some real engineering, instead of quibbling about WG
procedure.

Oh, you do not need to apologize for that. Several people, including
me, mentioned the word "prefix" a long time before you showed up. :-)
