Hi Patrik,

I agree that we need both, and hopefully the URI-related document
would follow soon after or at the same time as the IDNA one.

I would have chosen a different example, though. HTTP URIs with user
name and password are extremely rare on the Web, and MSIE doesn't even
access them when you click on them.

Also, display issues are certainly interesting, but resolution issues
are very important too.
