WG Last Call for Four Primary IDNABIS I-Ds

I believe that draft-ietf-idnabis-tables-06.txt does not capture the
consensus within the group; that Patrik has an unpublished 6c which should
be the one under discussion. Patrik, please correct me if I am wrong.
