I just submitted a new version (-04) of the tables document. I know  
there are comments that I have not taken into account everything sent  
in today, but I wanted people to look at the format of the contextual  
rules as they are now written. I worked on them during the silent  
period of drafts to fix the issues for example Mark sent in. I do not  
know whether I have fixed all problems though, so have a look.
