Hi, 

some years ago the RFC 3490 author posted an improved I-D
<http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-costello-rfc3492bis-02>.

No technical changes, just editorial clarifications.  In
2005 it already was in "PubReq" state together with the
first attempt to update IDNA2003, but after that didn't
fly it was forgotten.  It would be nice to publish it as
"draft standard" together with the IDNA200x set of RFCs.

There are two or more interoperable implementations, it
only takes an implementation and interop report, and a
new "PubReq" proposing DS.  What do you think about it ?
