For what it's worth, some of us are here (in this case with hat off)
but relatively quiet.  My reading of the list so far, however, leads
me to believe that "the minimum we need for IDNAbis" isn't yet clear
to all the participants in the discussion anyway.  Or, maybe more
accurately, there are ideas of what that minimum is, but there are
several minima in play.

Again, speaking with no DNS hat on, I'll note that I rather liked Eric
Brunner-Williams's taxonomy up-thread.
