Section 16 of TR 15 cleary says that this is sample code, not
part of the spec, although some of the later wording isn't
always clear about this.

Also, some of the text contains minor errors, such as:

The LV syllables themselves decompose into an L jamo plus a T jamo.

The last 'T' clearly should be a 'V'.

Can you tell us where there is a difference, and who uses the
