Normalization of Hangul

As UAX#15 is what all normalization documents point at, I read UAX#15.  
In there, there is a spec in java.

P.S. Offline, I have got other specifications that I will use, so the  
intermediate problem is solved for me. I am still concerned about the  
Java spec in UAX#15.
