This document has been posted. I think it incorporates
everything discussed on the list since late last month,
including more discussion of mappings generally and case mapping
in particular. As noted earlier, the Security Considerations
material has been removed to Defs.
On the advice of counsel, this has been submitted with the RFC
3978 boilerplate.
