Appendix B is now the big derived table. Using Appendix C
would lose it at the end, way, way down the document.
We could make the alternative property calculations
Appendix B and then make the big table Appendix C,
but it just seemed less disruptive to the overall
document structure, and for that matter more sensible, to
stick it in a separate section next to the algorithm
is it an alternative for.
