Unfortunately, it did not get reflected in your newest draft from 
earlier today, which says:

200E..2071  ; DISALLOWED  # LEFT-TO-RIGHT MARK..SUPERSCRIPT LATIN SMALL

Maybe the algorithm needs further tweaking for this.
