Just to be clear: this is a request for something not in the current 
base documents. Patrik has been very careful to say that the table in 
his document is non-normative. In a sense, you are asking for a 
change from the design team's documents back towards something like 
what we had in IDNA2003.

Note also that even if we have a full table available, that does not 
say anything about how that table is updated in the future.
