I'd suggest that we only add a class when there's a specific label that we 
think ought to be permitted where a specific character in that class 
occurs, and can be mentioned by codepoint number - that way, we can keep 
track of the reason for the inclusion (and know at least one thing that 
gets clobbered if we reverse the decision).

Which character in Nd did you want?
