Scripts in the current list of codepoints

I am fully prepared to argue that there is such a need, at least in my
neck of the woods (and suspect that Tina, Harald, and Patrik would agree).

Since this is not a matter of adding a few codepoints to the inevitable
exception list, the discussion would certainly be eased simply by
reverting to the list of scripts as Ken initially stated it.
