The Case Exact Substrings Match rule determines whether a presented value is a substring of an attribute value of type PrintableString, NumericString, TeletexString, BMPString, UniversalSrting or DirectoryString.

The rule is identical to caseIgnoreSubstringsMatch except that case is not ignored.
