This is a red-letter day - a possible full Standard!

It certainly seems to be the case that RTP is widely deployed, and the
documents that these two RFCs replace were stable for 7 years prior to
these being published with relatively minor changes. The conditions in
RFC 2026 seem to be satisfied.

I see no objection to these being promoted to Standard.
