     MIME Type Registrations for 3GPP Multimedia files (Proposed Standard)

I am an igoramus in the area of MIME types, but I can see no obvious
problems with this draft. Don't we have some sort of standing procedure
for ensuring that RFC 2048 is fully satisfied for new registrations?
