Document: draft-lee-ipsec-cipher-seed-01.txt Review: Spencer Dawkins Date: 8 april 2005 I reviewed this document for suitability as a Proposed Standard. My recommendation to Brian is that this document is ready for publication. It's very well-written and well-organized, and contains the right level of detail and right number of examples. I agreed with the 00 version comments from the ID Tracker, but the 01 version seems very responsive to those comments. This document does still contain two fairly important references to web pages in the body of the draft: - http://www.kisa.or.kr/seed/seed_eng.html and - http://www.kisa.or.kr/seed/seed_eng.html, plus several more in the references section. Assuming that ftp://ftp.rfc-editor.org/in-notes/rfc-editor/instructions2authors.txt is current, today's instructions advise against including URLs that can change in RFCs that can't. The RFC Editor would likely provide guidance, though. Further note: I just noticed that the document contains ONE URL in TWO different places - sorry! but my comment still applies...
