As Sam Hartman noted, the Security section does not mention Secure Neighbor 
Discovery.  Given the tone of the section, some reference to SEND ought to 
be made.

As a minor matter, in the state machine (section 6.4) and a few other 
places the document is inconsistent about referring to
a single IPv6 address associated with the Virtual Router and multiple 
addresses.  I believe multiple addresses are intended, and the 
advertisement descriptions should be updated to reflect that.

PS: The Comment log for this has some oddities.  It notes that Alex's 
position has changed to discuss from yes, while the ballot itself shows no 
position recorded for Alex.  The log also says that Allison's position was 
changed to "no".
