Summary: This document appears ready for publication as a Proposed Standard.

Given the level of detailed knowledge of both Kerberos and GSS-API 
required (Specifically, RFCs 2743, 4121 and 4422) I can not claim to 
have reviewed this for full technical consistency.  However, I could 
follow what it is doing, and it seemed to have descriptions that 
would be sufficient for an implementor who knew that background.
