This draft looks ready for publication with the correction of the nits
identified below.

 Although, I'm not an expert in this area at all, the document did
 seem to be extremely well written (albeit dense with information) and
 thorough.

 Nits:

1. Status of this Memo. Needs updating for the new template for IPR,
   etc. (per RFC 3668).

2. The term "DN" is used throughout, but given that I'm not an expert
   in this area, I couldn't surmise that it stands for (I was thinking
   Directory Number, but think that might not be right).Ê If this term
   is well understood in the PKIX community, then this comment can be
   ignored.
