[I checked the changes from -05 which I reviewed for IETF LC and my comments 
have mostly been addressed satisfactorily.  I had a conversation with the 
authors on the subject of potential DoS attacks.  Although the streaming mode 
appears to have a greater potential for DoS attacks, I acknowledge that this is 
a generic NNTP problem and is probably not something that ought to be stressed 
here... NNTP has been around for a while and these problems are known but this 
should not be taken as a precedent! The matter of whether there should be a 
response code registry is now probably moot, given the amount of history.]
