I was really happy with this draft. It's an excellent idea and seems
likely to be highly useful in turning the blizzard of multi6 proposals
into a coherent set of clearly described protocol and operational
attributes.

ObPeeve: I'm very, very nervous about a situation where people seem to
be working on a layer 3 problem but also seem to be in earnest about
asking questions like "If you are using the DNS in your solution, is
it required for connectivity?". However, objecting to the draft on
those grounds would be shooting the messenger, and drawing out such
(probably unintentional) dependencies is undoubtedly useful.

The title is awkward, but because that's about the worst thing I can
find to say, I think this draft should advance.
